My journey to self-discovery began in my year one in school in 2006, I was encouraged by senior worker to join the work force.
I started with the ushering department, the first day I officiate it’s like the ground should open and swallow me up, but I keep at it. After some time i take it further to joined the Sunday school department which gave me opportunity to teach every Sunday but it is a bit easier because all the lessons has been prepared just to read out and with little explanation you are done.
The trouble came when about 40 senior students in the church graduated, then the mantle of becoming a minister fell on me, and some of my colleagues, I could remember vividly that my first message in one of the weekly service in 2007 i didn't spent up to 15 minutes before I disappear from the audience.
Then, I began to read books, listen to tapes, and attending seminars to develop and upgrade myself thereafter my messages take a new shape.
In 2009 I was opportune to attend daystar mega star summit which features the likes of Pastor Poju Oyemade, Mr Lake Alder, Mr Fela Durotoye and other great men.
In the words of Fela Durotoye he said “ you have been listening to songs let people sing your songs, you have been reading books let other read your books, you have been buying products in the market let people buy your product in the market”
this statement arouse my passion to write and I published my first book in January 2010 titled "powerful keys to unlock your greatness", I published the second book in 2012 why serving my father’s land at Akwa Ibom titled "powerful keys to unlock greater greatness". It supposed to be the part two of the first publication but why praying one morning I received a change in the topic, and Joshua 1:8 established it that there are levels of greatness in life.
during my NYSC days, I was invited to different churches for presentation.
In 2013 I published my 3rd book titled "principles of financial freedom", this book has granted me access to speak at different churches, schools, and seminars. Though am yet to make big money from the books and the speaking engagement but I am making an impact that will transcend my generation.
Any time I am called upon to do what I was here to do, life is been transformed and I am fulfilled and one thing I am very sure of is that a great days lied ahead.
The richest place in the world is the burial ground. Burial ground is a place where lots of potential has been buried without seeing the limelight.
If you have an opportunity to read this post, I congratulate you because you can still do something today that will impact positively on your future.
Within you lies a seed of greatness and if you failed to do something about it, the burial ground will take it from you.
Everything God has deposited in you is to be used here on earth, you can’t take them back to God if you do, you will end up in hell fire.
Mat 25:15-30
According to the parables of talents; unto one He gave five talents, to another, two and to another, one. Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made another five talents. And likewise he that had received two, he also gained another two. But he that had received one went and dug in the earth, and hid his lord’s money.
This wicked unproductive servant does absolute nothing with the talent that has been entrusted to him, nothing but to bury it. If you decide to bury your talents/gift/ability, you bury your destiny and you can never amount to anything in life
Resources (talents) + labour (work) + time = profit. To everyone in existence, God has given each of us talents according to our ability and capability.
The talents in question were referred to as goods, and this implies that, the talent God has endowed you with is the goods you must trade with to generate productive profits to God’s kingdom and for your prosperity.
The ability God has endowed you with are your start-up capital. If utilized productively, it generates enormous profit.
You will give account to the giver of the ability how you traded the abilities and the profit you had generated with it. The Lord’ of the goods (ability) will then reward you according to your productivity. If you fail to utilize the goods (ability) He has given unto you productively you are doomed forever.
That which He gave you that you don’t value and use wisely shall be taken away from you and be given to the one who was productive with their’s. The unproductive servant shall be cast into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
